2、 To ensure the delivery of equipment and products for key projects according to the contract requirements. For those requiring technical services, professional technical service personnel will be sent to participate in the open box acceptance and guide the installation and commissioning work until the equipment operates normally.
3、 Ensure to provide users with excellent pre-sale, sale and after-sale service, and provide users with comprehensive introduction of product performance and use methods before sale, as well as relevant information. Have the obligation to invite the demander to participate in the technical design review of the supplier when necessary.
4、 According to the user's needs, we will hold the business training on equipment installation, debugging, use and maintenance technology for the demander. Follow up the quality of key users, visit users, and improve product performance and quality in time according to user needs.
5、 Twelve months of equipment (product) operation is the warranty period. We are responsible for the quality problems during the warranty period, and implement "Three Guarantees" (repair, replacement and return).
6、 For products beyond the "Three Guarantees" period, guarantee to provide maintenance accessories and do a good job of maintenance service according to the user's needs. Spare parts and vulnerable parts of the products are provided at ex factory price.
7、 After receiving the quality problem information reflected by users, reply or send service personnel within 2 hours to arrive at the site as soon as possible, so that users are not satisfied and the service does not stop.
